Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Method

Some Orders May Arrive in Multiple Parcels

Some BucketGolf orders are dispatched in multiple parcels due to packaging size restrictions. Parcels may arrive separately and have different tracking updates.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

International Delivery 3–8 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.

International Shipping, Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and we are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If an order is refused because customs charges are not paid, any return shipping costs, customs fees or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Delays & Lost Items

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
