Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with consumer rights.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
